The IGLÙ RI-GENERAZIONE, awarded at the KI-LIFE SUSTAINABLE AWARD 2025, represents excellence in innovative sustainability.
This duvet is made with regenerated materials, using a 100% cotton fabric composed of 70% yarns obtained from recovered fibers. The down filling comes from the recovery and reconditioning of raw materials, collected from old artifacts, carefully selected, washed and sterilized.
The regeneration process, based on traceability, ensures ethical and environmental management. This approach leads to a reduction in greenhouse gas and CO2 emissions into the atmosphere, along with a significant reduction in water and energy consumption compared to conventional cotton production.
A study analyzed the influence on various aspects, including climate change, ecosystem, health, natural resources and energy consumption. The results show that the impact of IGLÙ RI-GENERAZIONE duvets is 85% to 97% lower than synthetic padding, demonstrating that those who choose ecological materials contribute to a more sustainable future.
